Judie learned Tole and Decorative painting while living in Ohio and is currently a member of the Society of Decorative painters. She taught Tole Painting classes while living in Ohio. She first learned to paint in oils and about a year ago started painting in Watercolor. She enjoys painting flowers as well as growing them.

She has taken lessons from Madjid Ejlali in Darien, and is a member of McIntosh Art Association, Glynn Art, and Jekyll Island Art Associations. She has attended a watercolor workshop taught by Arleta Pech at Hilton Head, SC and a workshop with Stephen Rothwell on Jekyll Island, Georgia. Her work is displayed in Florida, Massachusetts, Ohio and Texas.
