"My name is Minet. It's like a shrimp net. It's not your net, but it is my net. Just add a soft, southern drawl and you've got it!"

Dolphins, shrimp nets...are you beginning to wonder if there's something fishy going on here? There is! You can almost feel the sun beating down on your shoulders; the gritty sand between your toes as you inspect the vibrant dwellings, the flashing fish, and the lively bodies of the people who populate Minet Glenn's imagination...on canvas. her artwork, like her life, is an adventure!

Would it surprise you to know that Minet served as 1st Mate/Steward with her captain husband Jeff aboard private yachts for twenty years? For two of those years they chartered a 'round the world voyage! or that she was part-time jet ski instructor? that she played in a blues band for five years and was the building contractor for the house she and her husband call home in Crescent, Georgia? It's on the highest bluff in the state and is shared by 'the other man" in Minet's life, Butler, her beloved Jack Russell Terrier.

Minet wants to try her hand at songwriting...and why not! Her artwork and her life reflect the colorful and energetic belief that the destination is secondary to the journey.
